1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Booking requests: first and last name, email address, phone number, property address, property details (for example size and access notes), selected services, and preferred shoot date and time.
• Contact and quote requests: name, email, phone and the details you include in your message.
• Live chat: your messages and any contact details you choose to share in the chat.
• Project communication: information you send us by email, text or phone about a shoot, invoice or deliverables.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and the time and duration of visits. This is collected with cookies, pixels and similar technologies described in Section 4.

Information about properties

To deliver our services we capture photos, video and aerial footage of properties and their surroundings. We do not intentionally capture identifiable people in listing media; if people or personal items appear, they are typically excluded or removed during editing where practical.

2. How we use information

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and deliver shoots and media.
• Communicate with you about bookings, access, weather, delivery, invoices and support.
• Send invoices and payment requests. Payments are made by Zelle or through a Square payment link; card details entered on a Square payment page are handled by Square, not stored by us.
• Answer questions submitted by form, email or chat.
• Understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content, speed and usability.
• Measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited the Site.
• Protect the Site and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that host the Site and process data on our behalf: Squarespace (website hosting and forms), Amazon Web Services (booking system hosting), Crisp (live chat), Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Meta (advertising measurement), Microsoft (Clarity usage analytics), and Square and Zelle-participating banks (payments).
• Team members and contractors who perform or edit your shoot, such as photographers, videographers, drone pilots and editors, limited to what they need for the job.
• Listing platforms you direct us to, for example when you ask us to publish a Zillow 3D Home tour.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold or merged, subject to this Policy.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies

The Site uses:

• Squarespace cookies needed for the Site to work and for basic site analytics.
• Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and site usage. Learn more or opt out: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• Microsoft Clarity to see aggregated interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and session recordings, which helps us fix usability problems. Clarity masks sensitive input by default.
• Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Crisp to provide live chat.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Where available, you can also use the "Global Privacy Control" or "Do Not Track" setting in your browser; we do not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

5. Text messages and email

If you give us your phone number or email as part of a booking or inquiry, we use it to contact you about that booking or inquiry — for example confirmations, appointment reminders, access questions, delivery notices and payment reminders. These are service messages, not marketing. We do not currently send marketing emails or marketing text messages. If we start, we will ask for any consent the law requires and give you a simple way to opt out.

6. How long we keep information

We keep booking, invoice and project records for as long as needed to provide services, handle support and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Media files are stored as described in our Terms & Conditions (File Storage). Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics providers listed above.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by contacting us at the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. Some information may be kept where the law requires it or for legitimate business records such as invoices.

9. Children

The Site and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Links to other sites

The Site links to or embeds content from third parties such as YouTube, Zillow, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
