How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred slot. However, our system updates in real-time — you can book instantly if you see a slot.

What is the turnaround time?

Photos: Delivered next morning by 10 AM[cite: 39].
Video & 3D: Delivered within 48 hours[cite: 39].
You will receive an automated notification the moment files are ready.

Do you service my area?

We cover major metro areas in Dallas, Phoenix, and Atlanta[cite: 41]. Enter your Zip Code in the booking tool to instantly confirm coverage and travel fees.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the shoot with no penalty. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee for the photographer's time.

Do you offer drone services?

Yes. All our pilots are FAA Part 107 licensed and insured[cite: 25, 26]. Drone flights depend on local airspace regulations and weather.

When do I pay?

Pay After Delivery. We invoice you only after the media is edited. Payment unlocks your high-resolution download links[cite: 40].

Clear guidelines designed to protect both our clients and our production workflow. By booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Agreement to Terms

By booking any service with Future Media — including scheduling through our website, submitting a contact form, or confirming via email/text — the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed on this page.

Booking & Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Late payments incur a 10% late fee.

Prices listed are in USD and do not include sales tax (calculated at invoicing). We reserve the right to withhold media delivery until payment is received.

Accepted: Zelle, ACH/Bank Transfer, Credit Card.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a $49 fee. No-show appointments (locked home/no access) will be billed up to the full service amount.

Turnaround Times

Photos: 24–48 hours.
Video: 48–72 hours.

Complex projects or heavy add-ons may require additional time. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee subject to availability.

Revisions & Edits

Includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional rounds billed at $30 per round.

Revisions cover editing adjustments. Re-edits caused by property changes (staging, renovations) require a new paid booking.

Property Preparation

The client must ensure the property is photo-ready. We do not clean, declutter, or move furniture.

If the property is not ready, we will shoot "as-is." This does not qualify for a refund or free re-shoot.

Media Rights & Usage

All media remains the intellectual property of Future Media. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for:

  • Marketing the specific listing
  • Personal brand promotion

Prohibited: Transferring media to other agents/builders or selling the files without written permission.

Drone & Weather

Flights depend on FAA regulations and weather. If unsafe to fly (rain/wind), the drone portion will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms (MLS, Zillow, etc.). Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

File Storage

Files are stored for 3 months. After this, they may be deleted. Archival retrieval (if available) may incur a fee.

Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to stop a shoot if safety concerns arise (hazardous conditions, aggression, etc.). Unresolved issues will be billed as a cancellation.
