Real estate media across Frisco
Frisco moved from farmland to one of the fastest-growing cities in North Texas inside a single generation, and the housing stock shows it. A custom home behind the gates at Starwood, a Del Webb villa on the golf course at Frisco Lakes and a brand-new build near the Fields district are three different listings with three different buyers. The shoot plan should not be identical for all of them.
We are based in McKinney and regularly work with Frisco agents. Before drone coverage, we check the property location, flight altitude and airspace requirements, and obtain authorization when required. Share gate access, amenity permissions and the listing deadline when you book.
Starwood
Established custom homes, gated streets and mature trees. Large floor plans need the higher image count rather than a standard set, and heavy canopy means aerials have to be flown thoughtfully to show the lot without hiding the house.
Newman Village
Mediterranean-influenced architecture and a distinctive streetscape. Worth shooting wider than usual — the elevation and the setting are a real part of what the buyer is paying for. Twilight exteriors flatter this housing stock.
Stonebriar
For homes near a golf course or community amenities, aerial images can help explain the setting. Choose them when that context matters to the listing and a safe, authorized flight is possible.
Phillips Creek Ranch
Amenity-heavy and relocation-driven. Buyers shortlist from out of state, so video and a 3D tour do more work here than an extra five stills — they want to walk the layout before booking a flight.
Frisco Lakes
Active-adult buyers downsizing from larger homes. Single-storey layouts photograph quickly, but a floor plan matters more than usual: the question is always whether everything is on one level and how the flow works.
North Frisco & the Fields district
New construction and young landscaping, with the neighborhood still filling in around it. Aerials of the trails, ponds and amenity centres often sell the location before the house does.
What a Frisco listing usually needs
A standard interior-lot home at the local median. Photo-only or the Essential package. A full set of stills, five drone photos for context, and a floor plan if the layout is not obvious from the pictures.
Competing directly with new construction. Consider a cinematic walkthrough when buyers need to understand the layout, finished details and connection between spaces. Pair it with strong photos and a prepared property; choose the scope that fits the listing and your distribution plan.
Luxury or a relocation-heavy price band. Full package: photography, full aerial coverage, cinematic video, Zillow 3D Home tour and 2D floor plan. Corporate relocation buyers verify a home thoroughly before they ever see it in person.
Frequently asked questions
How much does real estate photography cost in Frisco?
Photo-only work starts at $169 and scales with the size of the property. Full media packages start at $259 for Essential, $499 for Cinematic Pro and $799 for the Ultimate Suite, with square-footage tiers above 3,500 sq ft. Frisco is inside our no-travel-fee radius.
How fast will I get the photos?
Photos and video are delivered the next day, including weekends. Floor plans are delivered the next day; 3D tours take 48–72 hours.
Do I have to pay before the shoot?
No. There is no deposit and no card required to book. You review the finished media first, then pay.
Can you fly a drone in Frisco?
Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certificates. Drone coverage depends on the specific location, flight altitude, airspace authorization where required, and safe weather conditions. We check these before the appointment. Aerials are included from the Essential package up, or $89 for five drone photos added to a scheduled shoot.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Cloudy-day exteriors get free sky replacement. If wind or rain makes drone flight or exterior work unsafe, we reschedule at no extra cost.
Do you shoot occupied homes?
Yes, and most Frisco resales are occupied. Countertops clear, personal photos down, blinds open, cars off the driveway and pets contained is most of the preparation. We work around what is left rather than rearranging the seller’s house.
Which areas around Frisco do you cover?
All of Frisco, plus Prosper, Little Elm, The Colony, Plano, McKinney, Allen and Celina. We are based in McKinney; there is no travel fee within 30 miles, and a flat $50 applies beyond that.
