What services do you provide in Houston?
We are a full-service media team. Our core services include Vibrant HDR Photography (perfect for bright interiors), Cinematic 4K Video Tours, and FAA-licensed Drone Photography to showcase homes, communities, and surrounding areas. We also offer Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging, and Floor Plans.
What is your turnaround time?
We know the Houston market moves fast. You will receive your HDR Photos within 24 hours after the shoot. Video tours and specialized edits are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
Do you cover my area? (Travel Fees)
We serve the Greater Houston area including Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Cypress, Pearland, Spring, and nearby communities. Contact us with the property address and we will confirm availability and any travel fee before the shoot.
What if it rains or is cloudy?
Texas weather is unpredictable. For cloudy days, we include Blue Sky Replacement on all exterior photos at no extra cost. If heavy rain prevents safe shooting, we will reschedule the exterior shoot for free.
How do I book a shoot?
Use the Request Houston Availability button and send the property address, preferred date, and services. We will confirm local availability before the shoot. No payment is required upfront.
Do I need to be at the listing?
No, you do not need to be there! As long as we have access (Supra, lockbox, or gate code), our team can handle the shoot professionally. We just ask that the home is photo-ready before we arrive to ensure the best results.
What is your cancellation or payment policy?
We operate on a "Pay After Delivery" model to ensure your satisfaction. Rescheduling is free when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
